- No planning permission is required on projects with a three meter projection on a semi-detached property or four meter projection on a detached property
- No building regulation required on projects unless a permanent doorless opening is made into the existing house

We pride ourselves on delivering a quality installation from the initial first design estimate, through to the total complete job with all services catered for & project managed in-house & individual structural calculations on every roof.
We have two options to choose from:
Option 1: Bespoke Design
Custom designed to your individual ideas incorporating architectural design with steel framework, glazed atrium in either uPVC or sleek aluminium with a perimeter plastered bulkhead to your specified size. The roof is totally supported by the steel framework so you can custom design the outer walls. We can also take out your house wall opening your home through into your new orangery creating one large light open plan living space.
Option 2: Hybrid Design
We have several different styles to choose from, hybrid orangeries are a more cost effective option of orangery and are factory pre assembled saving time on installation. To see the options click on the link below, go to products, then click Orangeries.
